Tiny Hats at DragonCon!

So last weekend was DragonCon! This year it was in Atlanta, GA. I have never been myself, but after seeing the pictures from just the parade, it is definately on my to-do list of life. A very comprehensive (though hardly complete) list of pictures from just the parade can be found here, but one of the highlights (for me anyway) were the Tiny Hats.

This couple was fabulous. The attention to detail is amazing. My husband and I both just love the Top Hat for the fellow. I wish her hat could be more clearly seen. I bet upclose it is phenomenal. But most of the costumes int he parade are really brilliant. They are all top-notch Hollywood quality. If you look through the parade pictures, it is hardly believable that they are all fan-made.





















I'm not sure what is going on in this pic exactly. They don't look like they are actually in the parade. And the Chick (?) in the red-stripped jacket looks really angry. How can you be angry? You're wearing a Tiny Hat! Anyway, it doesn't look like they have any particular theme going on except goth-lolita-angry-pop-culture-hot-topic-pop...something-something...look-at-us-we-are-sexy...something going on. But, a Tiny Hat is a Tiny Hat so you get in the blog ladies!
